Rebuild how your breathing moves.
The Lung Mechanics pathway combines rib mobility, exhale control, recovery work and rhythmic walking into one structural programme — built for smokers, ex-smokers, and anyone whose breathing has gone shallow at a desk. It supports breathing mechanics, posture-breath coordination and lung-health behaviour. It is not a treatment for smoking-related lung disease and does not diagnose COPD, asthma or reduced lung function — if you have symptoms like breathlessness, wheezing or chest pain, seek medical evaluation and spirometry.
A curated pathway, not a catalogue. Each practice is short, guided by the orb, and gentle by design.
