Calm Air Hunger Walk

Supports breath-control awareness during low-intensity movement.

Duration
5 min
Pattern
Inhale 3s · Exhale 4s

Walk at an easy pace, breathing through the nose if comfortable. Soften the breath slightly, keeping air hunger mild — 2 to 3 out of 10, never breathless. Slow down or return to normal breathing the moment it stops feeling calm. Stop if dizzy, panicky or unwell.

Why this works

Carrying light, calm breathing into easy movement is where breath control becomes usable. Staying relaxed with a little air hunger as you walk makes it real.

Gentle by design: breathe quietly through the nose where comfortable, never force, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Training practice — not a medical treatment.
