We measure your breathing and regulation pattern through respiratory markers such as CO₂ regulation, rhythm, oxygen, pulse and lung mechanics.

Data-based respiratory training

Your profile is translated into a structured training direction based on what your system shows.

You train through guided breathwork sessions and daily practice designed to support regulation, recovery and resilience.
