360 Breath Map

Awareness of the lower ribs, the back body and the whole circumference of the breath.

Duration
4 min
Pattern
Inhale 4s · Exhale 6s

Sit tall or lie on your back with hands around the lower ribs. Breathe gently into the sides and back of the ribcage, then let the exhale leave slowly. No forced belly breathing, no holds — just noticing where the breath goes.

Why this works

Most of us breathe high and shallow. Guiding the breath into the lower ribs and back body restores fuller, quieter movement — you notice how much more of you can breathe.

Gentle by design: breathe quietly through the nose where comfortable, never force, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Training practice — not a medical treatment.
