Light Breath

Supports calm awareness around mild air hunger through softer, smaller breathing.

Duration
3 min
Pattern
Inhale 3s · Exhale 4s

Sit comfortably, nasal breathing if it feels easy. Let each breath become slightly smaller and softer, keeping the air hunger very mild — around 2 out of 10, a whisper not a shout. Return to normal breathing anytime.

Why this works

Breathing a little less than you feel you need builds tolerance to mild air hunger — the calm, in-control feeling of not over-breathing. Kept gentle, it trains ease.

Gentle by design: breathe quietly through the nose where comfortable, never force, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Training practice — not a medical treatment.
